Within the Sales Insights & Intelligence department we are looking to appoint a new team member in either Oosterhout (NL) or Mechelen (BE). We are looking for candidates for the position of Market Intelligence Analyst.
What are you going to do?
As Market and Intelligence Analyst of the Benelux markets, you will be working in a dynamic team. In this role, you will make market intelligence analyses and reports, on which your colleagues can make well thought-out operational and strategic decisions.
Tracking our development on different KPI’s is an important part of your role. Here you find out what the reasons are for deviations between the actual results and the planned results. You also analyse the outcomes of brands and sales activities, and based on those insights, you advise your colleagues on what they may change or improve in order to obtain better results.
You also ensure that the various market and competition reports are up to date and you help your colleagues to get information from the reporting tools themselves by giving training / support. You analyse market dynamics, make brand and competition analyses and know how to translate these into insights and new opportunities that you proactively share with your colleagues. You are an empowered and fluent inspirer who knows how to convince and advise others with your insights.
Who are you?
- You hold a Bachelor or Master or equivalent through experience in a similar position
- You have experience in making marketing and sales analyses and report
- You like diving into numbers and can convert data into "people language"
- You are analytical, eager to learn, proactive, autonomous and mature
- You have a healthy portion of persuasiveness and commercial feeling
- You are a real team player who communicates smoothly with other departments
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- You are a good user of Excel and PowerPoint
